The Philippines first maritime university, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (JBLFMU) launched its e-Learning Portal last June 28, 2009. The e-Learning Portal will provide faculty and students of JBLFMU access to online resources for teaching and learning through both the JBLFMU Intranet and the Internet.
